[Milsurplus] PP-18/AR - info needed

It is a vibrator power supply that changes 12 VDC to 24 VDC.  I don't remember is it charges the caps in parallel then series connecting them or if it charges one cap at a time that are series connected.  It should have two of these special gas pressurized vibrators, one operating, one spare.  It is good for a couple of amps, it might be able to power an R-392 from a 12 volt car battery.  Fair Radio use to sell them for little money, I had one for a while.  Good source of a nice aluminum box and two connectors!
