[Milsurplus] Missing ARC-2 Transceiver Antenna Insulator

I just picked up my second ARC-2, but the Antenna Insulator is missing, just
the screw ears are left.  I assume this is a common problem; making the replacement 
ones hard to find.  Has anyone created one on a CNC Mill or event tried using a 3D
printer to make a replacement?   

If so, I would be interested in the gcode or the .stl file used.
