I wonder if the 25kW rating is suspect, at least sustained load rating, anyway. With that fan going, it might take 25kw short time.
The Globars are dating themselves, with the old Carborundum manufacturer name, but they are still available from Kanthal:

Looks like they are the 890SP series, rated at 375 watts.
Seems to me the RF input is the center on the left and that would give us a 50 ohm load, assuming all resistors are 300 ohms.
25kW? If you didn't run it too long and the fan was running well.

At a hamfest last weekend I saw a DA-484/URT air-cooled dummy load for Big
Transmitters. It is a 5' tall rack with a big fan in the bottom and 24 ea.
300 ohm clip-in resistors at the top. The guy said it was 25kw, but I can't
find any specs on it - does anyone know if the 25kw is correct? or ??
