[Milsurplus] Needed - Jack For U-174/U Plug

I need a panel-mount jack for a U-174/U plug. This is the plug used for
the David Clark H10-76 military
headset - the familiar, green-domed headset worn by helicopter pilots,
AWACS operators, and countless
other military users. The U-174/U is a stubby, 4-conductor plug with
tip, sleeve and two rings as shown
in the following graphic (hope this goes through)

The H10-76 headset has 19-ohm earphone elements wired in parallel,
almost a perfect match for radios
with an 8-ohm audio output. The standard military mike element
(M-87/AIC) is a 5-ohm dynamic unit,
but can easily be replaced by a number of mike elements designed for
different transmitter input impedances
and audio sensitivity requirements.

I have two of these great headsets I'd like to use with my HF radio gear
for hands-free operation. I plan to build
a small interface box with audio matching network, input jacks for the
headset and a foot-pedal PTT switch,
and an output pigtail going to my HF gear.

Does anyone have a matching jack for the U-174/U plug they would part with?

Please let me know if so.
