It's not me, that's the policy and story I heard from DRMO, Army Materiels and
the insurance agent. I can't comment on the relative merits of the two vehicles
or whether it makes sense or was just an over-reaction to misuse though.
Can't title a rewelded frame? God help all the guys at my job with
Frankencars. I guess DMV can't tell.
