[Milsurplus] LED Lighting and EMI

Rough service bulbs are an improvement but still "drop light" is an oxymoron
because as soon as you drop it there is no more light. The LED lights sould be
pretty rugged and last a long time in that application. They also shouldn't
make the light frame hot enough to burn you.
