[Milsurplus] Need manual for R-651/ URR-39 receiver.

Does anyone have a manual, either physical or download, for the R-651/ 
URR-39 receiver? It looks a lot like a rack mounted National  NC-183, 
but has an LF band instead of 6 meters, and the bandspread dial is just 
a logging scale. Thanks,
