[Milsurplus] SEM52-s Handset?

 I have a SM52-s I obtained off of BW Schmidt on e-bay. It is operative with a NiCad pack I installed. 

Questions are:

I know there is a odd ear handset that goes to the socket on the top of the radio. Is there a HT-250 type handset available, or plugs so I can adapt a HT-250?

The orginal antenna seems to be "un-obtainium". Any sources I haven't seen?
