[Milsurplus] RU plug

If you can wait maybe 3 weeks, i was going to root out some stuff from
storage to peddle at the Feb. Rickreall hamfest. I think i might well have more
233 plugs than RU receivers. I noticed i had 2 boxes full of new RU plugs
in #80 and maybe #137, i would probably offer them free for sending a padded
stamped envelope. I have some receivers in less than perfect shape also. 
Don't know if i will list them here, Epay might not be even worth it, and they
are not i highly sought item at the hamfests either, altho i have beeen selling
them by the ones for small money.
