[Milsurplus] High Voltage Electronic Load

Good Evening All,

        I am trying to fine some information on a Radio Magazine article.
I be leave it was in 73 magazine, years ago. The author used a 304 TL
Triode as an electronic load for testing High Voltage supplies. Dose
anyone remember such an article and what magazine it cold have been in.
Or if you have a circuit that you have used. Thanks
