[Milsurplus] Harris RF-5720 HF Modem

Well, my previous trouble with the modem was small compared to this.

Yesterday, I turned it on and display was blank.

Opened it up and pulled the Power Supply board and after visual and some 
other troubleshooting, found that the pico fuse was open.

Today I replaced the fuse and it blew again. Without more information, I 
cannot tell if is is a power supply issue or a short in the other modules.

Does anyone have schematics/maintenance information for the RF-5720?
