[Milsurplus] voice tubes

The "engine order telegraph" (EOT) on the ships I've been on was a dial that you turned and asked the engine room to "make turns" for a desired speed. Thus you asked for "ahead(or back) full or standard for instance. The EOT had 2 pointers and the engine room "answered" by turning the pointers to match the bridge's request.
