[Milsurplus] Improving the BC-348 use more knobs

Maybe it's like the early transistor radios that had transistors that were attached to nothing just so the manufacturer could advertise that the radio had x number of transistors. lol.

But seriously, that Hallicrafters S meter might be worth as much as the radio.
