[Milsurplus] Hallicrafters ARR-7 phasing capacitor shaft?

I've recently picked up a Hallicrafters R-45/ARR-7 and I have a question regarding it. Does anyone have any photos specifically of the coupler that couples the shaft coming from the phasing knob on the front panel to the shaft on the phasing capacitor? The reason I ask is that someone at some point either damaged or modified the phasing capacitor coupler. When I first received the radio it was installed backward and it also looks like someone wrapped thick wire around the two coupling pieces to hold them together. The issue is that it looks like the phasing capacitor shaft needs to be insulated from the phasing knob shaft as an audible hum is heard in the audio if I touch the phasing knob. I'm not sure how the coupler originally insulated the two. I cannot find any pictures online that illustrate this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
