[Milsurplus] Milsurplus Digest, Vol 113, Issue 54

They don't show their RTTY/FEC Mode B frequencies there though.  I tune 
my K3 to 8475.218 and copy both modes when i can hear them which is 
usually from anytime after 4:30 pm local (2330 GMT) until i give up and 
go to bed.  My best copy time on them is usually around 0200 thru 0500.  
After that i'm cuttin logs pretty heavily!  Oh yeah, that's LSB mode 
which i prefer to use.
