[Milsurplus] Format of Military Nomenclature

Nick,

I believe, although am not certain, that Fred Chesson's list, along with
most other indices, are done manually. This makes searching and cross
referencing hard.

Chris is trying to really put the whole indexing thing into a
comprehensive database, that is easily searcable on various parameters.
