No, but those who would eat them should be universally condemned.

The Great Wall of China was stripped of stones to build pig pens.

The building and statues of Rome were cut up into blocks to build houses.

The Egyptian Pyramids were looted for their blocks.

More examples abound.

ALL crimes against human heritage.
