Dave - and all - i recall reading in a QRP publication about some UK ham who was running a T-1154

with small tubes in it, wattage in the single digits. I would think that's kind of a waste of time tho,

altho maybe something less than the full original input power would be reasonable.

The challenge, as i see it, is how to wire a sweep tube to be a low transconductance triode. I don't

see how you could possibly do that. But maybe i'm missing something.
