[Milsurplus] AC connector for RBB/RBC power supply

Thanks to info from Dave Sampson and Roy Morgan, I tracked down the correct
3-pin male AC mains power connector for the RBB/RBC power supply. It is a
Russellstoll Ever-Lok 8013 or 8013N (** Not 8013U **).

Evidently still in production (now part of Thomas & Betts) and available
from electrical supply houses for steep prices. But they do show up on eBay
for much more reasonable amounts. They may be listed as Thomas & Betts,
Russellstoll, Russell Stoll, or Russell & Stoll

I bought one from this guy and confirmed that it is the correct connector
and fits perfectly

(note his photos are a little misleading because the phenolic insert is not
fully seated and the pins appear to stick out too far. But when assembled
it is indeed the correct connector.)
