Mike,
With all due respect, acronyms are capitalized, and RADAR is an acronym,
just like LORAN, SONAR, NASA, USAAF, USN, USAF, NOTO, SEATO, NORAD, CIA,
NSA, DOD, LASER, MASER, LIDAR, ....
