[Milsurplus] Now RT-953/ARC-147

Hello Mike.  The first picture in the radiomuseum link looks like the box I 
have but it has no relative power meter with it but other than that it looks 
like the box.  I suspect that the box also looks like many other radios and 
gear use a similar box.
