[Milsurplus] Jury Rig as nautical term, per Clete

Saw several ads this past week where they were referred to as Jerricans.

They were also about 12" sqaure, 6" thick, laid flat on a roof and appeared 
to have some sort of large screw through the middle to hold them down.
