[Milsurplus] Jury Rig as nautical term, per Clete

I thought "Jerry" was used for 5-gallon cans that
gasoline or water was stored in.
They were copied from the Germans in WWII.
Trivia, but there are two different kinds of Jerry Cans.
Theirs had a hinge kind of a thing to cover the spout.
Ours had a large screw-on cover that needed a
short flexible spout.
