[Milsurplus] 'splain me this 6L6 transmitter circuit

I had reckoned that the PA circuit somehow needed degeneration, like some
elementary neutralization. The PA plate is an L network, tuning capacitor 
from 6L6 plate to ground, 6L6 plate to antenna is a roller coil. Text sez
matches 15 - 60 ft antenna over freq. range.  Probably the FCC wouldn't
like this output circuit, and I suspect it would like to run away and 
oscillate on its own.
