[Milsurplus] FT-220-A Cable Recommendations

Any recommendations for the appropriately sized 8 conductor shielded cable
that goes between the BC-450-A and FT-220-A ?  Ditto for the power cable to
the FT-220-A.

I have 8 conductor and power cable, but nothing to fit snugly into the
plugs.
