[Milsurplus] value? NOS TDQ and motor-generator

Depending on his tax situation, he may indeed be best off with a donation to an 
IRS-recognized charity.  Using the value set from a *completed* ebay transaction 
is a pretty reasonable method (from what a tax accountant told me) to set value.

Put it on ebay with a low starting price and no reserve?  Another of those 
"Feeling luckty today, punk?" situations.
