[Milsurplus] Vintage Radio on Field Day

Actually, for a WS19 Field Day about a decade ago, we worked out a
multiplier based on the number of items of original, appropriate to the
station, gear used. So each tid-bit, like brush grills and canvass covers,
improved the score.
