[Milsurplus] TCS Transmitter

It's a cartridge type resistor, snaps into the spring clips on the  
holder like a fuse would.  The spring clips provide both mechanical  
support and the electrical connection to the resistor.  R119 is the  
dropping resistor for the modulator screen grids.
