[Milsurplus] BC-221 types

Actually, I have an AK. The cals are spot on on one band, but there is
insufficient range in the 'Compensator' to hit the marks on the other ban.
Yes, I do have the original cal book.

The only thing I can figure is the inductor has decreased in value. No, I
have no idea why.
