Indeed.  Late 60s or very early 70s.
When I was a boy in Shreveport, LA, when it was
still a good town and a boy could walk or bike anywhere without
being kidnapped, shot or robbed,  I would save-up the 50-cents
each month and walk or bike the three miles to the "Pack-a-Sack"
store (think of today's 7-11) for the latest issue.  They also had
one of those big tube testers and you could buy replacement tubes.
Think of that at a 7-11 today LOL.

So does anyone have even an index of the E.I. issues?
Or are they lost for good?
