[Milsurplus] all TGC this circuit?

Hi Nick and All,
I received the subject document today and seeing it in person it is clear
that the date in the lower right corner is typed as "13AUGUST" with no year
indicated. The 3 is somewhat obscured but I think the "13" day date is
confirmed by the two other date/time stamps that are typed, one being
131121 and the other being 131123
But the year is still to be surmised. But as was pointed out, probably
1945.
Since the BB North Carolina was in 38.3 in August of 1945 I wonder if the
folks who watch over her would like this as a display item?
