Well... Remember that we're talking about TEXAS here; civil rights are a sort of
flexible thing, and subject to interpretation. ;o)
What these punks did was the kind of crap I'd expoect from a drunken sailor coming
back from liberty. OK... if they wanna act like drunken sailors, then TREAT 'em like
drunken sailors.
The judge of municipal court in place of Captain's Mast. I'm SURE that there are city
jail or police department employees who are Navy vets who can act as Chief Master At
Arms for a caper like this.
A few weekends of really grungy work, combined with uniform inspections of their dungarees,
some talk during break periods about what it MEANS to serve on a naval vessel in time
of war, and dealing with the boring routine of being a Prisoner At Large might do these
turkeys a lot of good.
I wouldn't exactly reccomend it as a recruiting tool tho... ;o)
