[Milsurplus] BA-1293 for GRC-9

Early GRC-9's had the battery hard-wired, and later ones use a plug-in 
battery.  It isn't elegant, but three N-cells wired in series, taped well, 
and wired through the chassis where the bias battery was works well and 
lasts for years.  There is plenty of room above the chassis.  N-cells are 
getting expensive, so there may be merit to watch-type batteries.
