[Milsurplus] [ARC5] ARB Shock Mount Question- Again

Now the mount per say is explained, what about the mounting hardware. Each
mount seems to have:

1x   #8-32 x 1 1/8" RHMS
1x   #8-32 Aircraft self-locking nut
2x   #8 x 1" Flat Washers
3x   #8 x 3/8" Flat Washers

It L@@KS like the 1" flat washer are stops for the shock mounts.

Does anyone know how to assemble this Dagwood Sandwich?
