[Milsurplus] ARB Antenna capacitor

In looking at the print, there are two antenna terminals that are
connected together via a parallel RC. The receiver input is single ended.
So, it appears that the external C parallels the internal RC network.
I'd look at the theory section of the manual, which I son't have to hand,
but I'm guessing it has to do with the aircraft antenna being Hi-Z and the
added cap improves the reception when driven from a 50 Ohm ham antenna.
Just a guess.
I do not another thing. On the loop input, one side goes to ground, rather
than the loop input being balanced as I'd expect. This partially negateds
the purpose of a loop- good Common Mode Rejection. This puzzles me.
FWIW,
-John
