[Milsurplus] Mica Caps

You should be fine.  The upper left black dot says that the cap is a 
mica.  If it were silver, then it's a 'molded paper' cap and should be 
replaced.  I ran into this issue while rebuilding a BC-348 receiver.  
The 'molded paper' caps look EXACTLY like the postage-stamp molded mica 
caps, but all they are is a paper cap encased in a phenolic wrapper!  
They are just as troublesome as the old wax-covered, Black Beauty, and  
Bumble Bee paper caps!  Another clue is the value.  How often do you see 
a .01 uF mica cap?

Go out and Google 'molded paper' capacitor.
