[Milsurplus] [Boatanchors] Removing potentiometer shaft question

Get a small x-Acto blade tip under one end of the circlip and lift it away
from the shaft, then forwards so it rests on the shaft, rather than in the
grove. Then just work the circlip fully on the the shaft and slide it
towards the shaft end.
