[Milsurplus] K4CHE TCS Web Page Errors

There were two major errors, first the back ground image on the page was 
upside down and second those are receivers and not transmitters in the 
first photo ! Anyway "Enough of this falderal".

I will leave the errors in place for a few days . . .
