[Milsurplus] ART-13 or ATC question

Can't provide documentation on the matter but my  understanding is  
that Westinghouse offered up essentially an upgrade to the GP-7 and   
Bendix came up with the ATD.  Have not heard of a third Collins  
competitor.  The ATD was subsequently purchased in some numbers along  
with the winning Collins design, the ATC (later ART-13).
