[Milsurplus] CU-1696/GRA-93 Antenna Tuner

A small antenna tuner followed me home from the Gilbert Rally . . .
Anyone have any info on the CU-1696/GRA-93 "Network Impedance 
Matching".
A very small unit with a placard for tuning 2 to 30 Mc, 120 and 60 
foot wires as well
as 30 and 15 foot verticals.   Inside 3 Variable tunings caps and a 
single tapped inductor as well as  some fixed 10 watt power resistors.
