Mark,

Thanks for bringing this up again.  Before I made my recent post saying 
the site was closed to users without common access cards, I ran a test.  
Unfortunately, I chose a TM with a distribution code other than "A."  
Documents with DIS code are freely downloadable.  There's a lot of 
useful stuff here including include civilian test equipment manuals for 
HP etc.

Thanks for keeping me straight.
