[Milsurplus] H-183/U Headset Find

I recently located some new old stock H-183/U headsets made for the military around 1983. They have what appears to be a U-77/U plug on a half-straight and half-coiled cord. I can't find specifications for this headset, but the static resistance appears to be around 250 Ohms.
