[Milsurplus] Attaching cable to MS connectors

All: For use in the shack, I have found that leaving off the 7-turn locking
ring  on the MIL-C-5015 series connectors is usually adequate practice.
Connector pin friction is usually plenty to hold the connector in place.
It's different if it's the quarter-turn connectors.

Make sure any collars, rings, threaded parts are not slipped on wrong
side to! I did THAT *once*.
