The nearest thing I can think of would be the UR Digest, John - 
http://aafradio.org/docs/UR_Digest_May_1944.pdf is an example for one 
snapshot in time.

I didn't see anything on the BC-221 in that particular issue, but if I 
can find the time, I'll try to look at some of the others.

Probably, but it may have been limited to a particular Air Force group 
or theater and thus escaped the UR process..
