[Milsurplus] ID this antenna matching unit?

Well, I don't personally need it.  I shifted to ground sets and sold off 
most of my aircraft sets a quarter century ago..  And I don't have any recent 
inquiries for one.  But if it's destined for a landfill, that seems a shame. 
 You might post what the rescue operation would cost.  Might bring someone 
out of the weeds.
