[Milsurplus] ID this antenna matching unit?

Excellent - the unit is definitely a CU-25/ART-13. I see that it is probably
not missing the meter, just the cover (there were at least three variants
of this unit:
  - with antenna current meter
  - with blank plate replacing meter
  - with no hole in the panel (hence no blank plate)

Anyone want me to try to rescue this unit? The variometer is a work of art
[sic].
