I would have expected Made in China

        i have a russian telescopic sight from iraq i got it on ebay for 
22 dollars australian from a seller that collected it from iraq in 2003. 
it has some arabic characters on the id plate,can anybody help with a 
translation? i can email a pic of the id plate to the person that can 
assist me.
