[Milsurplus] National Security Agency Subscriber Set CE-62603

Anyone familiar with this? I picked it up from a local surplus dealer. I took it to the Cryptographic Museum outside Ft Meade & they confirmed that they had one in their warehouse but could provide no additional info. An FOIA request to the NSA came back as 'nothing on file.' I'm not sure I can post pix to this list but anyone who is interested can email me direct & I can send them.
