[Milsurplus] eBay estate lot.. now more joy from Epay

Gosh, I don't know what you guys said to ebay but every time I've had a problem 
with a buyer they tried pretty well to do what they could and were friendly 
about it.  If a buyer doesn't pay, file a non-payment complaint and don't ship.  
Yeah, you'll have to re-list.  As for Obama having ANYTHING to do with this, 
you've been drinking someone's Kool-Aid... most objective analyses show Obama 
and Romney to be indistinguishable in terms of policy, except for social 
issues.  Back to eBay, I don't agree with how they have been doing things, but I 
completely understand their rationale.
