That's true, sellers can't leave appropriate FB for scumbag buyers. There
are several hundred times as many buyers as sellers so just based on that
there are several hundred times as many scumbag buyers as there are scumbag
sellers. eBay does things to sellers (both scumbag and decent) but absolutely
nothing to scumbag buyers. And flatly refuses to help sellers who run into
a scumbag buyer. So since they never get culled, there are probably
thousands of times as many scumbag buyers as scumbag sellers. We ran into a
scumbag buyer three weeks ago and consequently lost our 100% positive FB rating
for at least a year. Even though eBay own records prove the SOB flat lied,
Ebay flatly refused to do anything about it. They won't even do anything to
buyers who refuse to pay. Which since Obama got elected and eBay's
management changed and both went anti-seller, is up to nearly 10% of all sales. The
only bright spot is that I've never had any serious problem with a radio
part buyer - knock on wood. But as we all know, radio types are a very small
minority.
